B-33 -- Titan IV (401)B 4B-33 that launched from Cape Canaveral's LC-40 on 15 Oct 1997 with the Cassini Huygens probes

K-18 -- Titan IV (403)A K-18 that launched from Vandenberg AFB on 24 Oct 1997 with the NROL-3 reconnaissance satellite.

A-17 -- Titan IV (401)A 4A-17 that launched from Cape Canaveral's LC-41 on 8 Nov 1997 with the NROL-4 reconnaissance satellite.

The VHS cassette label has no information about its origin.
