The video contains raw footage of a Titan IV(402)B solid rocket motor nosecone being installed for the upcoming K-24 mission. K-24 launched on February 23, 1997 from the Cape's Launch Complex 40. The payload was a military reconnaissance satellite for the Defense Support Program (DSP).

The assembly in the video was in the Solid Motor Assembly Readiness Facility, known as SMARF.
