The dictionary I recommend in the video for non-native English speakers learning English as a foreign language is the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary. Here is their website:

The definitions are clear and the examples very intuitive, but there are, of course, a variety of other learner's dictionaries out there. Do invest in a good monolingual dictionary though and leave your bilingual dictionary behind - he's not your friend!
