A little Tim/Steph edit to 'Crush' by Tessa Violet. This is not my best, but I'm a little out of inspiration, and I just wanted to edit something with the Bat Family/DC because it feels like forever since I edited with them that wasn't an MEP part, and I think it's even longer since I edited Tim/Steph, and I love them so much.
Also! I am cross-posting this on my Instagram account so if you want, you can come follow me there. I don't know how often I'll be posting there, I'm not very good at the Instagram style, but I am loving all the DC edits I've been seeing on there, and it makes me want to edit more!

Spoilers for the season 2 finale of His Dark Materials! I had so many songs I wanted to edit HDM with, and I was waiting for the season 2 finale for certain scenes, and now none of those edits are working out like I planned, but I really want to edit with my time off, so I was flicking around for sad songs in my Spotify library and rediscovered Scared of the Dark from the Spiderverse soundtrack, and it really works for Lee.
Anyway, Im still very emotional about the season 2 finale. Ive been emotionally preparing myself for Lees death since before the first season even started, but I still wasnt ready, especially when they used Hesters final line from the book... I swear, watching Klaus immediately after on netflixparty saved me because Margus smile can cure all ills! XD
Also, the first MEP from the HDM collab studio I co-lead with EchoOfDarkness is up, and it looks really good!

So this is actually a public mep for the studio, but members were also allowed to take part as well, and, um, I really proud of this? Like this feels like one of the best thing Ive edited in a while, although the animations mostly came from my Young and Menace edit so I probably couldnt have made this without it, but I think they look better here cause theyre shorter.

I listened to King of Scars at the end of October, and I love Nikolai, Zoya and the rest of the Grisha Triumvirate/the Twins so much that I even decided to suffer through the original trilogy for them. I thought Nikolai was perfect for this theme, though. It was a struggle figuring out what to do for spies, but I really like how this turned out! Very grateful for everyone in the server for feedback to the wips.

Final collection of the year! The first half of the year has basically blended into my memories of 2020 because time is still super meaningless. Also, in the past three months, I finished my old job, started a new job, started a podcast, wrote 60k and made 11 of these 12 parts, so its been busy. I dont really know if Ive managed to improve at editing that much in 2021, I think Ive kinda stalled, but Ive also been editing a bit less, especially after starting to write properly again.
