On 46th street near Times Square, 42 Occupy Wall Street protesters were arrested on October 15, 2011. The police claimed that the protesters were refusing to move along the sidewalk and were interfering with pedestrian traffic. After warning the protesters multiple times to move along, the police enclosed the protesters and arrested nearly everyone there. This is my account of what happened there.
