One of the competitions at the Evoke demoparty in August 2024 was pixel graphics with a specific six color palette. I tried different subjects but finally settled on a skull inspired by the German podcast Stay Forever.

I drew the black and white line drawing using the delightful ProCreate on an iPad Pro with the Pencil. I then used imagemagick to get a clean and crisp purely black and white image. Finally, I colorized the drawing with the competition palette on a Mac using Pixelmator Pro.
