This is a timelapse video of the process I used to paint an explosion on the iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil 2 in ProCreate recorded using the application's nifty feature to automatically record the timelapse video of the sketching and painting process.

I was inspired by an old Infocom text adventure called Trinity, which deals with the creation of the atomic bomb. The video shows the whole creation process, from the initial sketch in Apple Notes, tracing it in ProCreate, through to the clean-up, coloring, to the final shading and overlays.
