This rooftop solar project aligns with Brisbane Airport's commitment to sustainability, emphasising renewable energy usage and expanding our existing solar energy network.
Targeting three rooftop areas in the International Terminal precinct, this project is adding an additional 5,000 solar panels to the Northern and Southern Concourse terminal rooftop and the International multi-level car park rooftop. Once installed the panels will produce 3.5GWh per year which is about 7% of the airport's total energy requirements.
