A discussion of time chunking or parceling, the importance of focus, frequency of repetition, and flexibility of a study plan, ways of dividing up larger segments of time, and varieties of activities to engage in for the study of a single foreign language and of multiple foreign languages. Having made several videos to discuss how one might begin forming the habit of systematic study for 15 minute periods, this is for all those who requested guidance on what to do if you already have the study habit and you do not have that time constraint.
