Rather than keep the joy of building my infinity old fashioned to myself, I decided to share it with you. If you’re unfamiliar with infinity cocktails, you can learn about them here:

Full specs:
18g white sugar (equivalent of five sugar cubes)
.5oz/15ml 2:1 demerara syrup
.5oz/15ml Grade A: Dark Color & Robust Flavor maple syrup, formerly known as Grade B
I didn’t know until I started planning this video but sometime around late ’14/early’15 Big Maple changed how they label their syrups. Grade B is preferable in just about every application as it has more maple flavor, but it is no longer labeled as such. Now it must confusingly be called "Grade A: Dark Color & Robust Flavor". What was previously labeled Grade A is now called "Grade A: Amber Color & Rich Flavor". The CliffsNotes version is when in doubt, always go for the darker color.
5 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash Scrappy’s Cardamom bitters
1 dash Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
1 dash Miracle Mile Clusterfuck bitters (these are a mixture of his Toasted Pecan bitters and Orange bitters in an unknown ratio. The product is ostensibly a mistake, hence the name)
1 dash Miracle Mile Im-Peach-Mint bitters (these are divine, if you can find them get a bottle)
1 dash Mozart Chocolate bitters (also divine, but not available in the States last I checked)
A word about dashes: What constitutes "one dash" is based on my experience in how these products perform in cocktails. As a result, some are one shake, some are two. Again, this is based on my experience. Any comments along the lines of "he said one dash but clearly dashed twice!!!1" will immediately be pinned for all to enjoy.

2oz/60ml Rittenhouse Bonded rye
2oz/60ml Pure Kentucky XO bourbon
2oz/60ml Russel’s Reserve Private Barrel Selection bourbon
2oz/60ml Willet 4 rye
2oz/60ml Smith & Cross rum (Jamaica)
2oz/60ml Real McCoy 12 rum (Barbados)
2oz/60ml Maison Rouge VSOP cognac
2oz/60ml Père Magloire VS calvados
2oz/60ml Redbreast 12 Irish whiskey
