I can't begin to explain how much I adore the soundtrack of Genshin Impact. For anyone that knows me, you might know I actually was involved in the recording of music for Fontaine. Honestly, being able to hear it live was jaw dropping. So it's about time I finally took to actually doing some Genshin Impact arrangements, starting with Tighnari's Theme! Thanks for the great suggestion from @GiselleEverdrop
My approach to this was extremely similar to how I do a lot of my Danganronpa arrangements. If you've been following the channel for a while, think back to something like Climax Reasoning, Beautiful Lie or any of my Library of Ruina covers: the slow piano solo opening, the double bass coming in, piano improv etc. Since this is the first Genshin Impact remix I've done, I was debating whether to go with more strictly orchestral or jazzy. I chose jazzy in the end as I thought it suited my arrangement style more for this piece. After all, much of Genshin's soundtrack is orchestral already.
