In this video, Tiffany welcomes her sixth baby in the warmth of her own bathtub during an incredible 1.5-hour freebirth. A fast, instinctual, and intimate birth that highlights the beauty of trusting the process.

“I was 43+4 and of course so ready! That morning I woke up and just felt defeated so I went for my morning walk in nature. I couldn’t focus on much after that so went to my room. My middle child asked to play scrabble and I caved as I needed something to just take my mind off that fact that I was still pregnant lol Soon after we started the game I noticed a few contractions but nothing big. Within the next 3 contractions things go REAL very quickly. I asked him to give me some space because I thought that maybe the baby was coming. He cleaned up and went downstairs. The next 3 waves came within 2-3 minutes of each other and made me buckle my knees. I quickly called my husband who was as work and just said, come home now and hung up. I intuitively went to the toilet and could feel her coming! The next waves was insanely intense so I started the bathtub because I just needed to be in the water. My husband walked in the bathroom after I had gotten in and I just looked up at him and said she’s coming… NOW! I had maybe 6 more waves which was about 20 mins. No pushing, no fuss, her head came out and her body quickly came out afterwards. I count believe after waiting for what felt like an eternity she was here so quickly. I felt the need to push soon after. I got out of the bath and walked into my room, squatted down low and gave a small push, the placenta came right out! She did have a true knot which I thought was pretty amazing! It was totally perfect and only about 1.5 hours in total from the first wave to being earth-side. It was honestly so perfect! My husband helped me to our bed & the rest of my family came to snuggle us in bed and we all burned the cord and weighed my newest baby girl! ”
