I've done so many Official Exitium Concept Speedpaints at this point, that I forget a few characters who have NEVER been drawn by me, not even once. This duo is that exact couple of characters who have yet to be drawn even once. So here they are.
First up on the menu, "Thrud (daughter of Thor.)" Thrud is mentioned many times right along side her brother Magni. Thrud & Magni both were sent back in time by Thor to prevent the events of "Ragnarok" in their timeline. With Magni's braun, & Thrud's superior intellect, Thor predicted his children would be Asgard's salvation. While Magni plays spokesperson for their company "TEEM," Thrud dwells deep down in their HQ's lab either inventing new tech or researching various topics unknown to the population of Asgard. Thrud is rarely seen on the battlefield and prefers it that way, but there is one such person that motivates her to come out more often, & that person is her lover "Steel Skull."
"Steel Skull" aka Douglas Vespi was from an even further back timeframe. During the early 2000's Vespi reigned supreme as a drug runner in Bolivia. Him and his crew were relentlessly hunted to the ends of the Earth by the first "Captain Galaxy" & the "Royal Maces." When he was finally detained, news of Earth's catastrophe was fresh, & the list of charges he was up against were far too many for Earth's government to show him any sympathy. So they stored him away in cryo sleep and moved him to hTrae where he was eventually shipped off to Starcom and then stolen by "TEEM." along with a few other criminals getting a second chance at life at the hands of Magni & Thrud. Although Thrud never fully trusted Vespi, they're often viewed as lovers and neither one of them have motives which stray from each other. Meaning simply this... This power couple isn't getting broken up anytime soon.
