I bought a Sylvanian Families dollhouse from the Goodwill bins & used inexpensive materials to transform it into a gingerbread house that rivals Pottery Barn's Christmas decor. I show a couple of popular painting options so you can choose your favorite; spray paint, acrylic paint, or a combo. I show you step by step how to create a busy and pretty white pattern that's pretty foolproof. You can use these same techniques to redo Christmas village houses or even create your own cardboard gingerbread houses. Enjoy!

Heat gun- I use mine to quickly dry paint, soften the glue to dismantle furniture and quickly cure polymer clay without an oven. Gets a lot hotter than a hair dryer.
