Every song by Yoko & The Gold Bazookas is crazy enough, but this one is probably the wackiest. It's like a cross between Oingo Boingo and Queen, but in the Splatoon world. So when it came to covering it, I tried to pay close attention to each note's articulation and make give it the proper ska feel.
I recently got back into OPNA chiptune (FM music for PC88/98 computers). This cover is different, because instead of PMD (like my other covers), it's using MUCOMDotNet and a combination of 2 OPNA chips plus 1 OPNB chip. So basically triple the sound capability. I don't know if I really need that many channels but in this case, I was able to use the extra channels for better echo and some cool chorus effects with the organ. Plus way more detailed percussion.
