Why... WHY did I have to remix this song? This was probably the hardest track I could've chosen to arrange. It's an abnormal time signature that constantly changes, plus very complicated rhythms and melodies. But I stuck with it, because I really liked the original song, and I think this version turned out really interesting. The original theme is a neat combination of battle-style orchestral mixed with distorted elements, matching the visuals/situation in the game. I tried to keep this idea in my version, even though it's all FM synth instruments.
I also figured out how to import new samples into a PC98 environment, so I was able to add the wrestling match "DING!" sound. Until now, I've been borrowing samples I received from Firecracker, but I'm hoping to keep adding and replacing with my own samples for the next remixes.
If you enjoyed this wild remix, please let me know what other songs from Tears of the Kingdom I should consider adapting.
