Along with fiddler, Robin and melodeon player, Kevin, the three of us being known collectively as "The Three Grumpy Old Men", I videoed more sets of tunes from our repertoire. We perform together from time to time at local care homes and at "Sight Matters" (formerly: Manx Blind Welfare) as well as playing along with others on a Monday evening at the George Hotel in Castletown.
Set 14 consists of two tunes personal to Kevin and me:
1. Wolvey Tiger - composed by Kevin Mort
2. Bradda - composed by Tony Archibald
Wolvey is a village in Warwickshire visited by Kevin where he watched the local rugby team playing, they being I believe, the Wolvey Tigers.
Bradda is a headland near Port Erin in the Isle of Man and from my living room, I have a fine view of Bradda Head.
