I’ve been using the Supernote Manta, BOOX Tab X C and iFLYTEK AINOTE Air 2 as my “master bundle” for thinking, working and meetings.

The Manta remains my bulletproof choice for handwritten thinking. The Tab X C is a huge Android workspace, especially now that ChatGPT works properly alongside apps like Google Docs. The AINOTE Air 2 is a capable portable meeting recorder, although its AI still struggles to bring notes, transcripts and research together into one useful project.

I’ve loved using all three, but there is more crossover here than I expected. My conclusion is simple: start with the Manta, then choose your second device based on whether you need a large desk-based workspace or something more portable.
