Sharing beginner friendly approaches to thread painting with crewel or Appletons wool on floral fabric designs. In this video I show you my approach to translating a floral design into wool stitched flowers using simple stitches, inspired by the fabulous Fleur Woods. This is a piece I’m finishing for an upcoming art exhibition at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show.
