Each spring, local Boy Scouts collect naturally shed elk antlers from the National Elk Refuge and auctioned them off today in the heart of town during Elkfest. A portion of the proceeds goes back to the refuge, supporting wildlife conservation and the scouts’ programs. A uniquely Western tradition that gives back.
