Showcase of the Eternal Car Battery trinket in The Binding of Isaac Repentance: Fiend Folio Reheated mod.
This trinket causes active items to be used multiple times at once, but also has a 50% chance to remove the active item upon use. With it also come a lot of synergies with some active items.
