Active Sack is a brand new item introduced in the Epiphany mod for The Binding of Isaac as of the Wave 7.5 update that released on August 9th, 2025. It is one of 18 unlockable milestone items that are acquired by unlocking a set percentage of all of Epiphany's achievements.
