Most people don't realize that what you need after a long day is this Taiwanese fried squid.

This is the Raohe Street Night Market, where the scent of mouth-watering street food is everywhere.

Feeling hungry? You've got fried rice. There are lots of fried food in this place—just take your pick. And honestly? This place reminds me of the Night Market in Sleeping Dogs. You have a bit of everything, Food, drinks, plants...even clothes.

But mom found something she wanted to try: this Taiwanese fried squid. It seems they deep-fry the squid first and then cut them into pieces. Onions and garlic are then added, and finally topped off with this honey mustard sauce.

Yes, the taste was phenomenal. Simple, but savory.
