ok so i made this song out of nowhere in like. 5 hours of tunnelvision. i took One break during which i opened a different music program and made an entirely different song.
it sounds really weird obviously, but theres also certain tunes in it that sound familiar? like i feel like i accidentally stole a pattern from another song but whatever. it's still a really good song. that i made in one sitting. holy crap.
THIS SONG seems to be the first song to really challenge the strange spot that Blood and Paper is at in my mind. Like they are both strange and disconnected in ways that- if taking only my music as context- only allows you to compare them to Each Other, rather than my other songs. They're a similar type of unique in terms of my style.
as well as this, the final section of the song switches between 11/8 and 12/8, except not really, because. hold on theres a real way to figure this one out.

like it's really uncommon to see anything other than a 4 or an 8 on the bottom number.
im not completely certain that's right but it's gotta be either that or 11/3. 6 is just a tiny bit more reasonable in this context. i think. uncertain.
but that is OFFICIALLY the strangest time signature i've ever done. and it wasn't even on purpose.
if im wrong about that being /6 then Comfortable Waiting Room maintains its spot as strangest time signatures. i'm honestly considering keeping it there anyways because i needed to add a beat counter to the video of that one.
there was also a song in 17/8 but that's secret and i'm saving it for something really specific.

and the ME image was actually one i made a while ago while trying to draw something completely unrelated to what it looks like, but it was immediately so cute that i had to keep it to use as a reaction image because it is awesome and the shapes of it is cool and wonderful. full of wonder. i just used it here because it vaguely encapsulated the emotion that i was looking for, and i wanted to put it on youtube anyway. or something.
i did not realize how similar the :3 looks to comic sans specifically. that was not intentional.
i was really thinking that this song would need a moving background, but decided not to do that mainly because i only had the one small cute me cat image and couldn't make that image specifically look quite like it was moving as well to allow it to match the background in a way that made sense, though having it not match also would have worked due to the nature of the song itself.
