This Sniper Deals SO Much Damage. Refurbished A499 is a single shot sniper in the heavy slot and even though ALL of its perks are absolute trash, it’s still outputting some crazy numbers. The only perks even worth considering are auto loading holster so you can shoot then swap to something else or aggregate charge for an actual damage buff. But the real reason this is so good is because of the artifact. Sniper’s Meditation will increase its damage just by shooting, and since this is a heavy, it gets 2 stacks per shot instead of 1. It also benefits from Kinetic Rupture for even more damage since it is a kinetic weapon and Kinetic Synthesis to generate ammo for it just by dealing damage, giving you theoretically infinite ammo. And Reload at range will give it faster reload speed so you can spam shots into a boss.
