This is BROKEN. You can kill raid bosses with 1 arrow. Shattershaft is the new arms week mod that splits your arrows into multiple fragments and while this doesnt seem very strong on the surface, it is absolutely broken with Divinity. Shooting a divinity bubble with this makes it deal WAY more damage, so much in fact that it melts just about everything in the game, regardless of the bow you use. We three manned Vault of Glass and all we needed was one guy using divinity and the other 2 used 1 arrow. And while it says it doesnt work in the new dungeon, it definitely does. This is stronger than the weapons from the craftening and I love it. This is only available until reset so go get to farming raids and dungeons right now.
