Since April of 2019 a scammer has been advertising fake mobile games directing victims to a fake VPN (Kasper) app that will unsuspectingly charge them $99 a week if they are not diligent. Those most affected by this scam are young kids. The astounding part is how long this scam has been operating on YouTube & Google Play Store without being taken down. It is obvious they are profiting tens of thousands of dollars just based on how much they are spending on advertising. This video takes a close look at what is going on.
