Runescape 2007 Contact! Quest Guide 2016.

Requirements:
* Prince Ali Rescue
* Icthlarin's Little Helper
* Gertrude's Cat

Items required:
* Lightsource (Kandarin headgear is extremely recommended as it can't be extinguished by traps in the dungeon.)
* Tinderbox
* Food
* Antipoison
* Armour
* Weapon

Recommended:
* Pharaoh's Sceptre or Nardah teleport (to get to Sophanem)
* Emergency escape teleport
* Ring of dueling
* ~800 coins
* Shantay pass (entry to desert)
* Prayer potions

Enemies to defeat:
* Giant scarab (level 191)
