The Italian town of Varenna has begun enforcing a 200 euro fine for not complying with a dress code. ‘The Globe and Mail’ reports that the town, which sees a lot of tourism, is fining anyone who goes bare-chested or wears a swimsuit anywhere outside the local beach. Is it fair for tourist towns to enforce dress codes?
