Naturally, we decided to test it with Radiacode gamma spectrometry to see what was actually causing the readings. From the outside it looks like a normal “energy” accessory, but the detector and spectrum told a VERY different story.
It’s a good reminder that when products make scientific-sounding claims, it’s always worth measuring what’s actually happening rather than relying on marketing alone. ⚠️
This is also a great example of the difference between a standard Geiger counter and a spectrometer, as detection is one thing, but identifying the source is another.
