This painting reminds me of a winter wonderland (yes I know we are not in winter LOL). This painting was requested by a daughter who wanted to buy her mother a commission and was inspired by the painting you always see behind me in the videos! I made that pearl cells painting over 5 years ago (wow, I can't believe it has been that long!) and I still have it and love using it in my studio. It is one I will likely never part with, so it was fun making a painting inspired by it for someone else! Hope you enjoy the video! Thank you so much for watching. Recipe: (this is my regular dream cloud recipe, and then i thin this out just a little bit more to get more pearl cells)
Base coat and colors:
PM: 70/30% floetrol/gloss medium. 1 part paint to 3 parts pouring medium and water to thin
Satin enamel mixture (poured around the outside): 2-3 ounces artist loft flow acrylic white, 1 ounce satin enamel, 1 ounce gloss medium, 5 ounces US floetrol, 1-2 ounces of water. consistency should be slightly thick (1-2 second trace)

I am so happy that i found acrylic pouring/fluid art a few years ago. It has helped me in so many ways and it just keeps getting better. This visual arts creative outlet has made me so happy.
