I used the strongest Rain team in the Regulation D format, which top 8'd a $1000 prize, 600 person tournament and went 8-1 in a $3000, 375+ person tournament. It features a Choice Specs Thundurus-T paired with a Pelipper to set-up the rain and boost the accuracy of its powerful signature move, Wildbolt Storm. It also features a Tera Water Basculegion to hit as hard as Palafin in Rain, along with a Hisuian Goodra to set up Shelter defense boosts while your opponent tried to weather the storm of offense.
