It's the unwritten rule that says don't stand out, don't want more, don't believe you're capable of something bigger.
Most people absorbed it long before they were old enough to question it - and then spent years living inside it without realising it was there at all.
It's the safe job you don't love. The dream you only say out loud as a joke. The win you play down instead of enjoy.
I want to take it off you.
