$Thyme-lapse. We used a timelapse camera to capture 11 weeks of growth of thyme on an aeroponic tower We film at nighttime to keep the lighting perfectly consistent and to avoid flickering caused by shadows and clouds. We can get 44 bunches of thyme per tower, amounting to nearly 8 kg of thyme in less than 1 square meter. By growing vertically on aeroponic towers, this method uses a fraction of the water and space required by traditional farming methods. #farming #agriculture #thyme #timelapse #herbs$
