We film at nighttime to keep the lighting perfectly consistent and to avoid flickering caused by shadows and clouds. We can get 44 bunches of thyme per tower, amounting to nearly 8 kg of thyme in less than 1 square meter. By growing vertically on aeroponic towers, this method uses a fraction of the water and space required by traditional farming methods.
