What happens when emo music collides with Nintendo nostalgia? In this skit, I took one of the most iconic emo lyrics ever and gave it the ultimate Nintendo twist: “Cut my life into pieces, this is Wii Sports Resort.” It’s the kind of joke that makes absolutely no sense… until it does.

As someone who grew up with both chaotic meme culture and Nintendo, this felt like the perfect crossover. Wii Sports Resort is one of those games everyone remembers, and combining that with peak early-2000s emo energy somehow created one of my favorite skits I’ve made.
