I found one of the coolest things in Kyoto, Japan: a GIANT EVA-01 from Evangelion. Standing in front of this massive statue was already insane, but of course my brain immediately went somewhere else...
This is just one of the many crazy, unexpected, and incredibly cool moments from my trip to Japan. From Nintendo and Super Nintendo World to the Nintendo Museum, gaming stores, anime, and everything in between, I filmed the entire adventure for a full-length Japan vlog.
If you want to see the full story and everything I experienced during my trip, check out the full Japan vlog on the channel. And if you enjoy Nintendo, gaming, anime, memes, and chaotic travel content, consider subscribing to DAGGyt for more.

![POV: You Forget to Tell Your Parents Youre Going to Japan
I may have made a small mistake before my trip to Japan... I completely forgot to tell my parents I was going. So when they called me and realized I was standing in front of Osaka Castle, things got a little interesting.
This is one of the many chaotic moments from my 12-day trip through Japan, where I visited Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, explored Nintendo and Pokémon locations, went to Super Nintendo World, visited the Nintendo Museum, and somehow managed to spend way too much money on video games and merchandise.
If you want to see the full Japan adventure, check out my long-form Japan vlog on the channel. And if you enjoy Nintendo, gaming, memes, travel and random moments like this, make sure to subscribe to DAGGyt for more.

![This Is What Happens When a Nintendo Fan Goes to Japan
The little voice that said “you are only in Japan once” won… and this is the result. After visiting some of the biggest Nintendo and gaming destinations in Japan, I somehow ended up with an absolutely ridiculous haul.
Over 30 video games, 9 amiibo, and a ton of exclusive merchandise from the Nintendo Museum, Nintendo Tokyo, Nintendo Kyoto, Osaka, Kirby Cafe, Pokemon Cafe, and multiple retro game stores. From rare Japanese games to Nintendo exclusives and random stuff I definitely did not plan on buying, my suitcase was fighting for its life.
This Short is just a taste of the full Japan vlog, where I take you along for the entire trip and show everything I found, bought, and experienced. Watch the full video to see the complete Nintendo Japan adventure and the full haul!

![What Eating Looks Like After Japan
After spending two weeks in Japan, my financial situation has reached a new level. This is what my meals look like now that I’ve returned home and decided that my receipts are apparently the only thing left in my budget.
Japan was absolutely worth it, but between Nintendo Stores, games, collectibles, food, Universal Studios Japan, and everything else I picked up along the way, my wallet definitely did not survive the trip. So naturally, the only reasonable thing to do is start frying my receipts for dinner.

![Nintendo Museum Mystery Keychains: Which one did I get?
I picked up two Nintendo blind box keychains during my visit to the Nintendo Museum in Japan, and now it was time to find out what was inside. Each box has a different Nintendo gaming accessory or console-inspired keychain, so there was no way to know what I was going to get.
The possible keychains include the Game Boy Advance, GameCube controller, Nintendo DS, Wii Remote and Nunchuck, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U GamePad, and Nintendo Switch. With only two boxes, I was hoping to pull some of my personal favorites, but the real question was whether I would get something rare or completely unexpected.
Watch until the end to see which two Nintendo keychains I pulled from the blind boxes! If you enjoy Nintendo, gaming collectibles, unboxings, memes, and content from my Japan trip, make sure to check out the rest of my videos.
