Owner Steven, a half-American, half-Korean entrepreneur, is bringing authentic Peruvian dishes with a delicious Chinese twist (thanks to 200 years of culinary influence!). From the incredible Chicken Chaufa (Peruvian fried rice) to the mind-blowing Loaded Brisket Sweet Potato Fries and the tender Lomo Saltado steak stir-fry, every dish was a revelation. And for dessert? A delicious Arroz con Leche (rice pudding) that’ll bring back childhood memories!
