This Is A Tower. I promise this time... Anyway, you'll find this funny little tower inside of the second monthly tower replay subrealm, Time-Lost Clockwork. The lobby of this place is actually really cool, and is probably a lot more detailed than it needs to be (which is never a problem). You can access this subrealm through the elevator secret in Ring 1, and a guide to that can be found in the pinned comment. Enjoy the video!
