Tower of Never Giving Up, Ever has a very strange name, but it makes sense once you look at the acronym. However there's not really anything related to tongues in the tower itself. ToNGUE has a bunch of interesting mechanics, some of which are only found in this tower, along with some scary outside sections, especially later on. The tower is kind of like a harder and slightly more modern version of ToIE. Enjoy the video!
