At first glance, this abandoned house in Charlestown doesn't seem all that unusual. Hidden inside, though, are three holotapes that tell one of the most tragic stories in Fallout 4. Before the Great War, a young Research Assistant named Peters volunteered to test an experimental radiation treatment known as serum sample 42-BA-7, developed by Dr. Roberts. We still don’t know who they were working for, but the plan was simple, at least on paper. Peters would gradually expose herself to six sieverts of radiation before receiving the experimental serum, which was supposed to remove all of the radiation from her body, restoring her to normal. And she genuinely believed it would work, I mean, why wouldn’t she?
