Some time ago I covered the webcomic “One Man and a crate of puppets” containing the puppet man’s origin, his decent into madness, his new life outside the vault and the legacy he left behind. At the end of that video, the last we heard of the puppet man was in an old holotape found at paradise falls in the capital wasteland.
