Now this can certainly be called a treat of a custom map today, it has been a veeeery long time since we got to play one that took me over 2 hours to complete! The sheer scale and ambition of this map is amazing and considering that's only the first of 4 parts of the overall project it's pretty awesome to know how much we still have ahead of us! But despise it size the map really never got boring and there were always new and fresh settings and ideas that still always managed to stay within the theme of an "Earth Challenge" which was really well done!
Also gave us a ton of secrets to discover of course and I have to say that they were all really fair and findable which made hunting for them soooo much better than if they were super random plain walls that just open. Still had some touch ones of course but overall they were all pretty well designed. I think overall the best way to summarize this map is by calling it absolute chaos and impossible to predict while still being build well and with super cool ideas.
There are very few points of criticism that I have here and basically all of them cann be traced back to the fact that this was somehow only the mappers FIRST EVER map! So a lot of the building looked pretty much like cubes, some custom textures didn't get ported properly and some segments were a little bit unpolished. But overall that really did not take away much from the ton of fun this map gave me and from 2.5 hours of entertainment and great mapping, rating this with an 8/10 all combined and I can't wait to see the maps this creator makes in the future!
