A Mifepristone lawsuit in front of a Texas judge and filed by a religious activist group could force the FDA to suspend or withdraw approval of a safe, long-used medication that is approved around the world. This comes courtesy of a lawsuit filed by a religious activist group. As an ObGyn and Texan, I’m horrified by the implications a favorable ruling could have...not just for mifepristone access, but for other medications and health access in the future. *All sources are cited.
