Three DIY Projects With Thirfted Picture Frames! I found a ton of picture frames at my local thrift store and made some really cute DIY's. Once is an herb drying rack - great for drying herbs to use over winter; one is a hanging plant stand and the others are cute hanging mini flower/bud vases.
