A third alleged victim emotionally recounted being attacked by Joseph Killins at an apartment complex on April 19, 2023. Testifying through an interpreter, she said she had gone to the complex to help a friend clean when Killins allegedly attacked her from behind and stole her backpack. Killins is also accused of attacking a DoorDash delivery driver and shooting the sister of the driver’s girlfriend.
