Third Eye/Brow/Ajna Chakra frequency tuning, cleansing, awaking, invoking… See deeper into the world you walk upon. The Third Eye closes over time as we accumulate more data from the external world. It starts closing when we are very young, as we become more programmed by our environment. "The wall" between "us," and the portal that connects us to our complete mind, our soul, starts to grow higher and higher, until we can no longer connect with what lies beyond. Everything from the day-to-day stress of life, pressure from others that do not walk a similar path, distractions such as media, especially social media, developmental stages and basically massive data overload from all of the information we are barraged with on a daily basis. Billboards, cars passing us or us passing them, colors, sound, smells, they all are recorded in the vast database that is our brain. The path to the portal, the Third Eye, becomes overgrown, and we lose our way.
The Third Eye allows us to see deeper into everything and gives us a deeper understanding of what we are seeing. It is a conduit to "the source," and "the universe" itself. The ancient being that you are is accessible through this portal. We lose connection to this ancient self, that is us, as we grow into young children and start mimicking what we see and hear. And over time, without us even noticing, the connection is lost to that portal that allows us to see and understand at a much deeper level. And we begin to only see through the eyes of the world, through the perception we have been given. We lose sight of the magic and miracles surrounding us in this world.
But, there are those of us who seek to see clearly, and to have a deeper understanding for the self and the world. Open the Third Eye once again, and allow the magic and curiosity that once was part of our lives to return again. It is vital to us all.
The "Third Eye," or pineal gland, is located at the center of our mind, and can be stimulated and activated by certain frequencies, and that is the foundation of this music/soundscape; those particular frequencies. I have studied the effects of different frequencies on our bodies and minds for over thirty years and have found that sound waves of certain frequencies can alter the frequency patterns in our mind, body and soul. On the negative side of that, patterns caused mostly by external stimuli can shift us, knock us out of tune, into "not so healthy" frequencies and cause can depression, lethargy, etc.. Opening/stimulating the "Third Eye" can allow us to see much deeper into the world around us, and give us far more understanding of it. It can enhance empathy, compassion, understanding, leaving us with a sense of peace with the world.
With no one else around, relax, dim the lights, and listen to and watch this video (preferably with headphones). Watch/listen to it more than once, listen to it daily over a period of a week and you will start to see things differently, and feel a peace around you where there was once chaos.
