Are they FINALLY going to make Windows good?

Microsoft has apparently launched an internal initiative, or long term goal called "K2", which is meant to fundamentally shift the philsosophy of how they work on Windows and add features and updates. Instead of prioritizing pushing out updates frequently at the expense of reliability and performance, they'll apparently start doing just the opposite. So in this video I talk about more about these reported changes and what it could mean for the future of Windows.
