This bug has existed for far too long, IT'S TIME TO STOP
There's a really annoying bug on YouTube where the overlay on videos you've partly watched is wrong. Often times it will show a video as being 100% fully watched, but it's not. You maybe watched only a part of the video, or often times you barely even started it. But I found other examples where even simply scrolling through the playlist would cause the progress bar to change quite randomly. YouTube really needs to fix this.
