Some wounds do not come from our own choices.
They come from the people who were supposed to be there. And somewhere along the way they were careless with what we gave them.
If there are areas of your life that just do not seem to work right no matter how hard you try, it is worth asking whether what you are carrying traces back to someone else’s failure.
That does not mean you are defined by what happened to you. God sees exactly where the wound came from. And He is not finished with what was broken.
